Jewell N. Fears is a free-spirited, Family Guy loving, rainbow supporting, black lives-matter advocate that believes strongly in the experiences, individualism, and learnings that each of us brings to the table. Through curated conversations, a non-judgmental approach to collaboration, and true partnership in recognizing that each organization requires a tailored approach, Jewell’s goal is to be a foundational resource in creating sustainably built cultures. 

With over 20 years of experience in managing company operations, leading people and culture teams, mentoring new and seasoned leaders, as well as building inclusive workplaces, she believe that the greatest growth, comes from answering the hardest questions.
